PreviPharma Consulting GmbH is an internationally active research company in the field of plasma
protein based therapeutic development. Together with our partners from the plasma fractionation
industry such as plasma fractionators, plasma donation centers and technology suppliers, our
continuously growing team develops new medical and technological solutions from plasma donation to
address unmet medical need.
We are expanding our team at the CUBEX41, the innovative center for medical technologies in
Mannheim.

Area of responsibility

Currently we are looking for ONE dedicated and creative Medical-/ Biological- Lab Technicians for the following areas of responsibility:

• Sample preparation with biological matrices (e.g., plasma or serum)
• General lab work and “Hands-on” mentality
• Perform routine and specialized analytical testing of plasma-derived medicinal proteins using techniques such as SDS-PAGE, ELISA, HPLC, and spectrophotometry.
• Conduct in-process and final product quality control assays to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, calibrate and operate laboratory instruments and equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all analytical procedures, test results, and deviations in accordance with GLP/GMP standards.
• Assist in the development, validation, and optimization of analytical methods to support product development and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot analytical equipment and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper sample handling, storage, and traceability throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as BTA/MTA/CTA/PTA/Lab assistant (f/m/d) or B.Sc.in Biology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Prior laboratory experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical research environment, preferably in protein biochemistry or plasma-derived products; Young professionals are welcomed.
• Practical experience in handling with blood products, protein chemistry and coagulation diagnostics are preferred.
• Experience with analytical methods such as SDS-PAGE, ELISA, and spectrophotometry.
• Ability to accurately document experimental procedures and maintain detailed lab records.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and handling of biological materials.
• Structured, organized and autonomous working.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
